OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, vendors, and implementation partners to align ERP functionality with Enemed’s business processes, ensure data integrity, and drive system optimisation and automation. The ERP Systems Administrator must also be willing to undertake training and development opportunities, including those held abroad, to maintain up to date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure, customise, and implement the ERP system to meet business and operational requirements.
- Set up and optimise ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Inventory, Maintenance) to align with company workflows.
- Integrate the ERP with existing systems (e.g., DCS, CRM, HRIS) through APIs or middleware for seamless data flow.
- Coordinate and validate data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support cloud and infrastructure readiness for ERP deployment and ensure optimal system performance.
- Implement and maintain ERP security roles, access controls, and compliance with both company and GDPR policies.
- Act as an ERP administrator, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for updates and support.
- Develop documentation and deliver user training to ensure effective ERP adoption.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and improve reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in system audits, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willing to attend training and workshops, including those held abroad
- Support ICT initiatives related to ERP integration and improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience working on ERP or similar software will be considered an asset.
- Experience with cloud ERP deployments, data migration and system integration projects will be considered an asset.
- Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and middleware will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the oil industry will be considered an asset.
