OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Tradesperson (Mechanical) is to carry out the reactive and preventive maintenance of all the mechanical equipment. This is to include total overhauls and refurbishment of the equipment including pumps of all types and for all purposes, pipelines, valves, fire-fighting equipment and ancillaries, compressors, and other associated mechanical equipment and tank fittings such as, vent valves, swing arms and floating suctions.
Must have knowledge and awareness of safety of mechanical equipment in hazardous atmospheres.
Attends any courses that the management deems necessary even in after­ office hours.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Carries out the setting up, preventive maintenance and overhauls of plant and equipment including but not limited to pumps, valves, strainers and filters.</li>
<li>Ensures that maintenance work is carried out in a safe manner and in strict compliance with written down procedures and / or industry standards.</li>
<li>Ensures that mechanical maintenance is carried out in compliance with industry standards, written down procedures and schedules and to keep records of such maintenance. Assist the Team Leader in the preparation of maintenance procedures and schedules where these are lacking.</li>
<li>Identifies and estimates the equipment and materials required for each specific job.</li>
<li>Keeps the team leader updated with any parts that need to be procured.</li>
<li>Assists in the compilation and constant improvement of standard procedures.</li>
<li>Participates in regular toolbox meetings with mechanical team and their counterparts from other departments.</li>

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Administrator is expected to install, configure, and support all of Enemed’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), protocols, and technologies encompassing both virtual and physical Windows platforms. In addition, the Administrator is to perform technical and user support on ICT desktop environments by providing professional support services related to hardware, software and user support throughout the Company in adherence with industry standards and best practices at the various Enemed installations. This may entail remote assistance to the user.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSABILITIES:

<li>Diagnose hardware and software problems of the existing network while replacing defective components in the process</li>
<li>Perform data backups of the server/network system and disaster recovery operations</li>
<li>Develop, maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations in accordance with agreed standards</li>

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The overall purpose of the Revenue Accounting Specialist is to oversee the issuing of invoices related to the landside and aviation markets of the company ensuring that these are executed in a timely manner. Furthermore, in this position the employee is expected to deliver the necessary reports and reconciliations needed adhering to deadlines.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for issuing revenue invoices for the landside and aviation markets.</li>
<li>Reconciling Sales Delivery Orders (‘SDOs’) issued from DCS and transferred to SAGE.</li>
<li>Confirm that updated charge out rates are correct (with reference to new contracts).</li>
<li>Reconcile recognized revenue to Route Sheet issued by Dispatch Department.</li>
<li>Responsible for issuing revenue invoices to clients for ancillary services provided.</li>
<li>Respond to any client queries regarding revenue invoices. This includes co-ordination with other departments (Commercial, Quality and Operations) which may warrant the issuing of adjustments.</li>
<li>Monthly follow up and adjustments regarding any unprocessed SDOs which are typically the result of issues with the client account or metric in which SDO is issued.</li>
<li>Adhere to month-end deadlines to ensure that month-end reporting takes place within stipulated time frames. This involves the preparation of revenue related reports.</li>
<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations which also include investigations relating to banking transactions not recorded in SAGE.</li>
<li>Assist the Finance Manager in the accounting of prepayments and accruals including deferred revenue.</li>
<li>Ad hoc reporting as may be requested by the CFO / Finance Manager.</li>
<li>Perform ancillary duties relating to Petromal Ltd (Enemed mother company).</li>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO MEET POSITION OBJECTIVES:

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Tradesperson (Electrical) is to carry-out repairs at all Enemed’s Plants and depots. They are to assist the Team Leader in the electrical and electronic diagnostic of faults on all power equipment and control systems.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>The Tradesperson (Electrical) shall be directly responsible for the following:</li>
<li>Carries out preventive maintenance and repairs to electrical plant and equipment in accordance with the Company approved SOPs to ensure smooth and safe operations of same. This includes both the operational state of the equipment and the general upkeep in accordance with Company branding and marketing standards.</li>
<li>Cooperates with the Electrical Coordinator, Team Leaders and the Storekeeper about spare parts.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensures that they are thoroughly familiar with the contents of risk assessments and work-permits before commencing the maintenance works.</li>
<li>Carries out new electrical installations on plant and vehicles according to pre-prepared plans with little or no supervision. This includes the fabrication of brackets, cutting of trenches and drill holes in stone or concrete surfaces to lay conduit pipes, and the fabrication and laying of cable trays.</li>
<li>Attends courses in related engineering and managerial skills, as instructed by the Maintenance Manager.</li>
